What this website collects
Browsing thompsonpd.com does not require you to enter any personal information, and this site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Our web host may keep standard, short-lived server logs (such as IP addresses) for security. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-focused tool that counts page visits in aggregate without cookies, without fingerprinting, and without identifying individual visitors.
Booking and email
When you request an appointment, you are taken to our scheduling portal operated by CareStack, our practice management provider; information you enter there is handled under our patient-privacy obligations as a healthcare practice. If you email us at smiles@thompsonpd.com, please include only the information you're comfortable sending by email — a name and phone number is enough, and we can take the details by phone.
Health information
Health information we hold as your child's dental provider is protected by HIPAA. See our Notice of Privacy Practices for your rights and how records are used and protected.
Third-party links
This site links to services such as Google Maps, Instagram, and Facebook. Their privacy practices are their own; this policy covers only thompsonpd.com.
