• Sedation cases: the full ladder in one practice — behavior guidance, nitrous oxide, in-office IV sedation, and hospital dentistry under general anesthesia at partner hospitals. If your patient's treatment plan exceeds what's kind or safe awake, this is what we do.
• Children with special healthcare needs: sensory-aware visits, individualized pacing, and every comfort option when needed. How we adapt.
• Age-one dental homes: first visit by the first birthday, per AAP/AAPD guidance — send your infants and we'll build the habit early.
• TennCare families: we accept TennCare (Renaissance Dental) and most commercial insurance, so coverage is rarely the obstacle.

Call (615) 349-8450 or email smiles@thompsonpd.com with the family's contact information and the reason for referral — or simply give the family our number and this page. For urgent cases, call and tell the front desk it's a provider referral.

You stay in the loop. Tell us what you'd like back after treatment, and for co-managed general-dentistry patients our intent is simple: your patient stays your patient — we handle our part and send the family back to you.
